Kelly is an attorney with Mullin Law, PC, focusing her practice in the areas of franchise regulatory compliance and commercial litigation.
Prior to becoming an attorney and joining Mullin Law, PC, Kelly was selected to serve as a White House intern for the Office of White House Management in 2001. She also actively participated in the Republican National Convention during the 2000, 2004 and 2008 presidential elections.
Kelly is licensed to practice in Texas and received her juris doctorate degree from Ave Maria School of Law. During law school, she served as co-chair of external competitions on the Moot Court Board and competed as a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition team.
Kelly received her bachelor's degree in political science at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
