Paula J. White brings more than 20 years of experience in the franchise industry to Mullin Law, PC. Paula offers critical client support with franchise registration, documentation and compliance support. She also provides guidance for clients developing internal policies and procedures for franchise sales, compliance and operations.  

Paula worked with Snelling Staffing Services, LLC, as the director of franchise administration. At Snelling, she managed compliance, assisted in the design and implementation of new franchise program, and established a state and federal franchise agreement renewal process. In addition, Paula worked on acquisitions, mergers, divestments and defaults/terminations, including the $35 million sale of Snelling and Snelling, Inc. to Patriarch Partners, LLC.  

Paula also gained valuable franchise experience working with Pearle, Inc. and Del Taco Restaurants for more than 12 years combined. Paula received her associate’s degree in applied science from Brookhaven College. She is an associate member of the International Franchise Association.
