Klint is an attorney with Mullin Law, PC, focusing his practice in the areas of corporate litigation, business and corporate law, employment law and real estate.
He is enthusiastic about applying business and consulting experience to better serve the legal needs of his business clients. With an in-depth understanding of business challenges and their objectives, he enjoys playing an important role to help solve problems, whether involving transactions or litigation.
Klint has been admitted to practice in Texas, as well as two additional bar admissions including the Supreme Court of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Klint earned his juris doctorate degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, where he trained in renowned mediation and negotiation clinics. He also spent two semesters at Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Decisions Science and Information Systems at the University of Kentucky. Following college and service in the United States Air Force, Klint moved to Dallas and spent six years working as a consultant implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and applications for large corporations.
