Grant is a shareholder and the managing director of litigation and dispute resolution of Mullin Law, PC. As an attorney, Grant focuses his practice in the areas of business/corporate law, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, entertainment law, franchise regulatory compliance and trademark and copyright protection.

Grant served as a law clerk in the chambers of the Hon. Ed Kinkeade of the U.S. Northern District of Texas. In addition, Grant practiced law for a Dallas general business law firm and served as in-house counsel for an entertainment production company in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he was involved with the negotiation, procurement and construction of a large commercial development on the famous Las Vegas Strip valued at more than $35 million.

Using his legal and real estate expertise, Grant has been a speaker at the Texas Association of Business Brokers in Dallas and the Texas Association of Realtors in Austin, as well as served as a panelist at the Urban Land Institute's Spring Council Forum in San Antonio.

Grant is licensed to practice in Texas and the Virgin Islands and received his juris doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University. During law school, Grant served on the board of editors for the SMU Law Review and as editor-in-chief for the Journal of Air Law & Commerce. He also spent a semester in Malibu, California, as a visiting student at Pepperdine School of Law's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution to further develop his mediation and negotiation skills.

Grant received his bachelor's degrees in political science and radio/television/film at Baylor University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the ABA Young Lawyers Division, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the Urban Land Institute's Young Professionals and the Virgin Islands Bar Association.
